I have always been very passionate about baking ever since i could stand up on a stool next to my mother and watch very enthusiastically until she would let me help her roll out some dough or mix some ingredients in a bowl. Then it would go into the oven and i would get to see what we had created. I got to share that with my own daughter while watching her grow up. Due to allergies in the family I came up with some fantastic new Gluten free products, of course with the odd doorstop along the way. A great range of tasty, yummy products were created. Today at The Shortbread House and Crackers 4 Crackers, we don`t just cater for people with gluten free allergies, we also have a wide range of products free of, dairy, egg, soy, sugar, additives and anything artificial as well as free of flours eg corn, potato, rice, tapioca and much, much more.
