Bacon and egg pie

I made this last night and it was so yummy i had to share it. The pastry is very simple to make. You could use it as a pizza base as well. All you need is 3 cups of buckwheat flour(put 1/2 a cup aside to use for rolling), 7 Tbls olive oil, pinch of salt, 1 tsp guar gum or xanthum, enough cold water to make it into a dough.
